Shipping

 

All orders are shipped on business days Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Shipping times vary depending on location and the shipping method selected at the time of purchase. Express options are available for all locations at checkout.

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of placement unless specifically stated. Please refer to your tracking link received via email for an up-to-date delivery status.  

Items on pre-order or back-order will ship upon completion in manufacturing.   

We do not ship to PO boxes or landing companies as our packages require a signature from the recipient, exceptions may be made pending special circumstances ie, remote areas. If the delivery fails and the package is returned via the postal service, the recipient will have a $25 CAD re-stocking fee deducted from their total refund amount. 

In the event an attempted delivery is re-directed to a courier holding location, you are responsible for retrieving your parcel within the allotted holding period.  Should your parcel be returned to our location and a re-delivery is required, you will be charged a $25 redelivery fee.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: 

  • All duties/sales taxes for purchases in North America are included upon checkout.   
  • For orders outside of North America, customers are responsible for covering any applicable duty fees/taxes related to their order. 
  • Wuxly  is not responsible for customs clearance fees in your country nor are we responsible for any holding times of packages by customs.    
  • Wuxly  is not responsible for notifications by postal authority for packages awaiting payment of customs, duties & taxes potentially causing delays. 

Note to our Canadian friends: Products will have the 5% GST sales tax and other accompanying provincial taxes if applicable.
