Returns & Exchange Policy 

CAD & US Return Policy 

Wuxly offers complimentary returns and exchanges on orders over $250. Clients may request a refund or exchange for US and Canadian orders within 21 days from the date delivery is attempted by courier or from the date of an in-store purchase. Note, final sale items are ineligible for returns or exchanges. 

Return/exchange requests for orders under the $250 threshold will incur an invoice for shipping label fees.   

Merchandise being returned must be unused and unworn with original tags attached and include collateral items such as garment bags and tote bags. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any order.   

To initiate a return or exchange, please click here to fill out the return/exchange request form. Once your return or exchange has been approved, a shipping label will be provided, along with further shipping instructionsOnce a label has been received, you are required to ship your item within 3 days. If items are shipped past the 3 day cut off, this may preclude your eligibility for a refund or exchange 

If your return/exchange request is initiated after the 21-day window, your request will be nullified.  

Please note: Wuxly offers a one-time free exchange policy. Subsequent exchanges will prompt a shipping fee invoice be charged to the customer. 

 

International Return Policy 

Due to International shipping regulations and the distal relation to Wuxly, we are limited on the amount of support we can provide to International customers.   

International orders, those placed outside of North America, are eligible for return or exchange within 21 days of receiving your order.   

Any international returns/exchanges fall under the sole responsibility of the customer. This will include shipping of the product back to Wuxly, as well as any duty/tax fees incurred during the shipping process 

In the event of an exchange, the customer will be invoiced for the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to the customer.  

*We understand that this can be costly and would ask you to please consider this policy before proceeding with your order.   

 

To proceed with your international return or exchange, please follow the steps below. 

 1. Ensure that the item is unworn, unwashed, tags are attached, collateral items are included and the jacket is in its original condition. 

**In the event your item does not meet the inspection standards based on the noted criteria, your eligibility for an exchange or return may be negated. Should this occur, we are able to ship your item back to you. Note, an invoice will be sent to you for the shipping charges. 

2. Pack your items and mail to the following address.

3. Please provide 7 days upon Wuxly receiving your items for your return or exchange to be executed.
