Returns & Exchange Policy

CAD & US Return Policy

At Wuxly Movement, we stand by the craftsmanship and warmth of all of our products and want to ensure you find the Wuxly item that will keep you warm for many seasons.  Our Return and Exchange policy applies to Canadian and US orders.  At our current size we are limited on the support we can provide on International orders. Please read the policy specific to International orders below.

CAD & US Holiday Season Returns

Canadian and US orders made in November and December of 2022, that fall outside of the 21 day return window, will be eligible for return until January 10th, 2023 provided they meet our return policy.

All returns must be sent back in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with tags still attached.

We offer one time free shipping on returns and exchanges.

Any express shipping fees on the original order are final.

CAD & US Regular Season Returns

Wuxly will provide a complimentary return up to 21 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be sent back to us within 3 days after a return label has been given out.

All returns must be sent back in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed, undamaged with tags still attached.

Our goal is to reduce carbon emissions and reduce our shipping emissions created during purchasing. We offer one time free shipping on returns and exchanges.

Any express shipping fees on the original order are final.

CAD & US Exchanges

We want you to feel the warmth in all your Wuxly items, if you need assistance finding your perfect fit feel free to connect with us! Wuxly will offer a one time free exchange on all CAD & US purchases. Submit an exchange request by filling out the form here.

Sale Or Discounted Merchandise

All items that were purchased on sale or at a discounted price are final sale but are still valid for Wuxly's Warranty Guarantee.

Return Policy has been updated on March 27th, 2020. All purchases previous to the update will fall under the past policy.

Pre-Orders

All pre-orders fall under the original return policy.

International Customers

At our current size, we are limited on the support we can provide to international customers.  If you wish to return or exchange your Wuxly item and you are an international customer, the shipping arrangements for all returns and exchanges is the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs include any related customs or duty fees occurring during the course of transit.
