The parka is well made and beautiful and the colour is great. Unfortunately it was too big and trying to get it exchanged for a smaller size was outrageously slow. From the time I received the parka and filled out a form on the web page stating that I needed an exchange, to the time I finally received the return shipping label it was about week and a half. And that was after another half dozen or so emails and reminders from me asking for help. When I finally received the return shipment label there was no further info given about how I will receive an exchange rather than a refund so I’m waiting to see how that works out. A note thanking me for the initial order was very friendly but things seem to be getting missed.

A Beautiful and Warm Winter Coat

I love to be outdoors in the Rocky Mountains but it gets fiercely cold during mid-winter, so this coat is an amazing help. It's surprisingly light, which is great too.

Best coat EVER!!!

I LOVE my new Wuxly coat! It is ridiculously cozy and comfortable. What I live most is that I don’t have to wear any layers under it - just throw it on! I walk my dog at the beach every day and 90% of the time the wind is bitter. I am now actually excited to go out in that wind and am disappointed when the temperature is above zero! I love that it’s made here in Toronto and from consciously sourced materials. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! Thanks to my buddies who pushed me to make this purchase:)
