What is the trade up program?
The trade up program is an opportunity for individuals to trade in their fur, trim, or down-filled jackets in exchange for a credit towards a Wuxly parka.
How much credit can I receive for my jacket?
All credits will be determined after a jacket inspection. The newer the jacket, the higher the credit.
What Wuxly item can I receive a credit towards?
Wuxly will offer a credit towards our signature items, men’s Elk Parkas, and Women’s Doe Parkas. Exceptions may apply under certain circumstances.
What jacket brands do you consider for trade in with the Live Warm program?
Wuxly will accept jackets manufactured by the following companies (including but not limited to):
- Canada Goose
- Moose Knuckles
- North Face
- Soia & Kyo
- Derek Lam
What jackets brands are excluded for trade in with the Live Warm program?
Wuxly will NOT accept jackets manufactured by the following companies, (including but not limited to):
- Vegan brands
- Fast-fashion brands: Zara, H&M etc.
- Helly Hansen
- Trench coats
- Light sport jackets
- Branded sports team jackets
- Leather jackets
- Jackets that are not in wearable conditions
How much of a credit value can I receive for my traded in jacket?
Depending on a numerous amount of factors, credit value's for jackets range between $75-275 CAD. Email us today to start your jacket evaluation by clicking here.
How long is my credit good for?
30 days from the moment the code is sent to you.
Is there a limit on the number of jackets I can trade in?
No, however each jacket will be appraised independently and credit on that one jacket will go towards one of our animal-free parkas. One credit amount per jacket.
What does Wuxly do with my traded in jacket?
Wuxly will proudly donate your jacket to a Canadian homeless shelter to provide to those in need. Additionally, fur collected from jackets will be donated to animal sanctuaries to be used in the rehabilitation of wildlife.
What if the Wuxly jacket I want is not in stock?
If the jacket you are interested in is not in stock you can place a pre-order to be put in queue.
