All orders are shipped on business days Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST in our branded boxes or kraft paper pouches. Shipping times vary depending on location and the shipping method selected at the time of purchase.

**Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of placement unless specifically stated. Orders are typically delivered within 7 business days from date of purchase within North America, shipping delays may occur on occasion. Please refer to the tracking notification provided for up to date shipping information.

Items on pre-order or back-order will ship upon completion in manufacturing. We do not ship to PO boxes or landing companies as our packages require a signature from the recipient. If the delivery fails and the package is returned via the postal services, the recipient will have a $25 CAD re-stocking fee deducted from their total refund amount.**

For Our Canadian Friends:

  • Orders ship via FedEx, Purolator, or UPS.
  • FREE standard shipping
  • $35 CAD express shipping
  • Products will have the 5% GST sales tax and other accompanying provincial taxes if applicable.

For our American Friends:

  • Orders ship via FedEx or UPS
  • FREE standard shipping
  • $35 CAD express shipping
  • Because our products are fully made in Canada and in accordance with CUSMA, please enjoy tax-free pricing

For our International Friends:

  • Orders ship via DHL or UPS
  • $50 CAD standard shipping (3-10 business days)
  • $100 CAD express shipping

Please note the following:

  • All duties/sales taxes for purchases within North America are included upon checkout.
  • For orders outside of North America, customers are responsible for covering any applicable duties/taxes related to their order
  • Wuxly Movement is not responsible for custom clearance fees in your country, nor are we responsible for any holding times for packages by customs.
  • Wuxly Movement is not responsible for notifications by postal authority for packages awaiting payments of customs, duties & taxes potentially causing delays.
