Returns & Exchanges

OUR RETURN POLICY


To be eligible for a return, you must submit a request within 10 days of receiving your item(s). Failure to request a return within 10 calendar days will preclude your eligibility for a return. 

Products must be in the brand-new condition as it was received (e.g. no pet hair, stains, odors, etc.), In addition, company tags must remain attached and in their original box and/or packaging. 

Any duties/taxes/fees for a return will be the sole responsibility of the customer. 

For all North American returns, Wuxly will refund the full price value of the item minus the shipping cost of the order, any additional duties/taxes, & a $25 USD restocking fee per item.

For all international returns, Wuxly will refund the full price value of the item minus the shipping cost of the order, any additional duties/taxes, & a $50 USD restocking fee per item.

Please follow these steps in order to make the return process as easy and smooth as possible.


STEP 1: E-MAIL US AT hello@wuxly.com

In your return email request, please send us the following information:
1. Title the subject: “RETURN REQUEST ORDER #_____”
2. Item Name. Eg: Doe Parka.
3. Colour
4. Size
5. Reason for Return

 

***PROOF OF PURCHASE IS YOUR ORDER #. FAILURE TO ADD IT TO YOUR EMAIL MAY RESULT IN AN INVALID RETURN PROCESS***

STEP 2: CUSTOMER RETURN FORM

After emailing us the requested information from Step 1, you will be sent a CUSTOMER RETURN FORM via email. Upon receiving the form, please fill out the requested information. Once completed, prepare the form to be returned to our office along with the other contents of the package.

STEP 3: RETURN PACKAGE CHECKLIST

    1. Ensure jacket is clean of odors, stains, pet hairs etc.
    2. Complete CUSTOMER RETURN FORM and attach inside with shipping contents.
    3. Pack jacket along with any original items of the jacket (postcards, tote bags, etc.).
     4. Use original boxes or soft packaging in shipping.
     5. Create return label and apply to the outside of the package and have it sent through an appropriate postal service.                                                                                                                                       

    American and International friends: Please ensure customs forms are also attached to the outside of the package.


    STEP 4: WAIT FOR APPROVAL

    Once your return is received and meets inspection approval, your refund will be issued and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

    Please allow 7 business days upon receipt of your returned goods for your request to be processed.


    IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

    Only products bought online at full price are eligible for a full refund and must be under the 10 day date of receiving the package. Any merchandise bought online with a discount code is not eligible for a refund. Only exchange or store credit will be applicable.

    All exchanges throughout North America are free! Exchanges outside of North America may be subject to shipping costs.

      We highly recommend that all customers utilize our available size chart as well as request the professional opinion of our support staff by emailing hello@wuxly.com. If further sizing assistance is needed, customers are encouraged to submit a full-body picture of themselves with their height and weight to aid with sizing questions.
