OUR RETURN POLICY

At Wuxly Movement, we stand by the craftsmanship and warmth of all of our products and want to ensure you find the Wuxly item that will keep warm for many seasons.

RETURNS

Wuxly will provide a complimentary return up to 21 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be sent back to us within 3 days after a return label has been given out.

All returns must be sent back in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed, undamaged with tags still attached.

Our goal is reduce carbon emissions and reduce our shipping emissions created during purchasing. With every return there will be a restocking fee of $25 subtracted from your refund. This $25 fee can be credited towards future purchases if you choose to shop.

Returns brought to the Wuxly Barn (884 Queen St W- Rear Unit X, Toronto) within the return period are exempt of return fee.

Any express shipping fees on the original order are final.

EXCHANGES

Wuxly Movement does not offer exchanges at this time. However if you would like to repurchase a different item, all exchanges will be processed through as returns in order to ensure you get your item in the fastest and easiest way possible.

SALE OR DISCOUNTED MERCHANDISE

All items that were purchased on sale or at a discounted price are final sale but are still valid for Wuxly's Warranty Guarantee.

Return Policy has been updated on March 27th, 2020. All Purchased previous to the update will fall under the past policy.

PRE-ORDERS

For all pre-orders made on the Earth Collection, all returns fall under the original return policy, however there will be a $25 fee taken off of each refund for the donation portion going towards PPE production.
